Community Defibrillator

The Parish Council has recently installed a Community Defibrillator on the outside of the Memorial Hall in Wingfield Red Tebworth. The process to use is very straightforward. Basically :

• Call 999 and call the Ambulance service.
• They will dispatch a paramedic and will also give you a code to open the door to the defibrillator.
• When you open the machine it starts talking to you and giving you instructions.

Whilst it is as foolproof as possible, there will also be a training session arranged shortly and we urge as many people as possible to attend.
